Privacy Policy

Draft. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be replaced before launch.

This policy explains what we collect when you use 3redha, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

1.Who controls your data

PLACEHOLDER - the legal entity acting as data controller, and how to contact it about your data.

2.What we collect

Account details you give us: email address, username, phone number and the reason you signed up. Listings you create, including photos and video. Identity documents and a selfie video, when you submit them for verification. Listings you save, and any feedback or reports you send. Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept in error logs.

3.Identity documents

When you request verification we ask for identity documents and a short selfie video. These are stored privately, are never shown publicly, and are only reachable by an administrator reviewing your request through a short-lived signed link. WE RETAIN THESE DOCUMENTS INDEFINITELY, as a deliberate choice for fraud investigation. PLACEHOLDER: this decision must be reviewed by a lawyer against the retention rules that apply to you, and this paragraph rewritten to match whatever is lawful.

4.Why we use it

PLACEHOLDER - the lawful basis for each purpose: running your account, displaying your listings, verifying identity, preventing fraud and abuse, and contacting you about your account.

5.What other people can see

Your username and your live listings are public, including their photos, price, description and neighbourhood. Your phone number is shown on your listings so that buyers can contact you. Your email address is never shown publicly.

6.Sharing

PLACEHOLDER - name the processors actually used: the hosting provider, the object storage provider, the email sender, and any messaging integration, and state what each one handles.

7.Cookies

We set a session cookie so that you stay signed in, and cookies remembering your language and your light or dark preference. PLACEHOLDER - confirm before launch whether any analytics or advertising cookies are added, since that changes what consent is required.

8.How long we keep things

PLACEHOLDER - retention periods for accounts, deleted listings, error logs and identity documents. Note that deleting your account removes your listings and your verification records, and schedules the associated files for deletion.

9.Your rights

PLACEHOLDER - access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint, and how to exercise each. You can delete your account yourself from Settings.

10.Contact

PLACEHOLDER - the address for privacy enquiries.
